How do I top up my tMerchant credit wallet?

Where can I see my tMerchant credit balance and statement?

tMerchant credit can be found in three places

  1. The Wallet icon on the top navigation bar
  2. The view profile page in the user dropdown and
  3. On the order submit page where you will find the available credit 

How is my credit allocated?

Credit is allocated based on the result of a thorough evaluation of the restaurant’s performance, and credit rating done monthly. If you wish to get a fixed monthly credit, you may get that by submitting an undated cheque worth the value of the desired credit to talabat.


Are credit/debit card payments enabled?

Credit Card payments are not enabled at this stage, payments can only be done through allocated credit. If you’d like to top up your credit, please reach out to tmerchant@talabat.com, and we’ll work on resolving your query. 


How do I settle my dues?

When the 60-day credit term is up, you have the flexibility of settling the dues through their talabat sales, or by direct payment
