How do I place an order on tMerchant?

Log on to your tMerchant account via our web platform (tmerchant.talabat.com), go to page the ‘Buy’ page on the top navigation bar, select the items you want to order, and  place your order. Done!

Please note that you can place orders up to the maximum value of credit wallet value allocated to you by Talabat. 


I just placed an order, what happens now?

After placing an order on tMerchant, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with product details and amount. You can also find your order’s details on your account by clicking on ‘Orders’ Tab 

 

Can I re-order a previous order?

Yes, this can be done from the Favorites page, on the top navigation bar, go to ‘baskets’, where you can find the previous purchases for you to reorder. 


I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Can I cancel my order? (subject to strict policy i.e. for late orders, missing items, wrong item, and delay in delivery.)

What is my order cutoff time?

Order cutoff time is 2pm every day. 

It will take 1 day of lead time for delivery of Fresh items, 2 days for all other products 

Orders placed after 2 pm will considered to be placed next day, hence, if any order is placed after 2pm, one day will be added to the lead time. 

In either case, system will show you expected delivery date before you confirm the order, so you may review and confirm.
